Seniors, have you considered Parkside Court of Dolgeville as your next home?
Parkside Court has a total of 44 one bedroom apartments with oak kitchens, wall to wall carpeting, a 18' x 11' living room, and a storage closet in each apartment. Most of all, our environment is friendly with two community rooms, a coin operated laundry, and lunch served weekdays at a nominal fee. Parkside Court has its own parking adjacent to the building, and a backup generator so that our building remains home to our residents if there is a power outage. Call for an appointment.
